TALAVERA DINNERWARE, DISHES & OTHER PIECES, BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY.

We now offer individual pieces, in sets,  of plates, bowls, cups/mugs
and serving pieces.  A minimum order of order of $300 is required to place your order.

The following terms apply to all dishes listed under our 'Talavera Dinnerware' link on our website

The minimum order for Talavera special ordered pieces is $300,
BEFORE sales tax, packing and shipping costs.

You may mix & match whatever pieces you like as long as
you meet the  minimum order for these pieces.
For example, you can order a mix of small salad plates, dinner plates
bowls, & cups, coffee server, candleholders, whatever, to meet the minimum.

Special orders of less than $300 will not be processed until
the minimum order is met.

Note: ALL talavera orders must be paid in full prior to our ordering from the artist.* (shipping charges apply later)

The process:
1.  Place your order online
2.  Send us an email telling us which designs you would (click on dish to see designs)
     like for each of the different pieces you want (look at designs in the Talavera dinnerware
     section of the website, or choose from below)
3.  We will call you to confirm your order and get payment information
     for the shipping charges.
4.  Shipping is charged as a separate charge after the order is completed
     and is packaged & ready to ship. (Each box shipped will cost between $95 and $135 depending on the size/weight of the box.
(Shipping rates are subject to change at any time, without notice, based on the current shipping rates)
A full service for 8 with serving pieces normally ships in 3 boxes but can be 4 boxes.
5. There is a pick up fee of $35
6. There is a packing fee of $30 per box packed which includes all packing materials.
7.  Shipping method: FedEx ground insured, from Mexico to you.
8.  We ship every Friday.  Orders that are in our hands by Tuesday noon will
     go out that same week, on Friday.  Orders received after Tuesday noon
     will go out the following Friday. Allow 7 working days to receive once shipped.
8.  All Talavera special orders are final and refunds, returns or exchanges are not allowed
10.  Once your order has been placed & the artist is working on it, no changes
     will be allowed on the order.
11.  Timing to make your order:  Usually 2-3 weeks, sometimes faster, it depends
     on the artist's schedule.  Then, shipping time.
12. Overall timing from placing order to receiving your dishes:  Allow 4-6 weeks.

* All orders must be paid in full in advance of ordering for you from the artist.

This covers the artist's deposit and insures full payment so that it ships immediately.

Once an order is placed it becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
If a piece arrives with any damage, we will replace the specific piece - allow normal timing.

If any damages occur, we replace, and do not fund, as these are special orders made especially for you
